Baked pasta aunty Lah

Into the hot pan in this order:

350-500gm pasta cooked aldente

3 minced garlic
1tbsp or more ciliboh
1 big/2med big yellow onions - finely diced/chopped - softened
300gm minced beef
1/2c tomato sauce
1/2c bwg goreng
Some green onions
Salt to season

Add cooked pasta n mix well.

Custard:
4 eggs
1 tin evaporated milk + 1tin of water
Salt & pepper

Baked at 180degree or until done.

3/4 Masa masak, tabur cheese.

Ketupat sotong

Sotong medium size - cuci & buang kulit & gigi sotong.

Pulut direndam air dulu 2-3 jam. Toskan. Campurkan dgn skit santan pekat & garam skit - gaul rata.

Masukkan ke dalam sotong - halfway aje. Masukkan balik kepala sotong & cucuk dgn toothpick.

Masakkan dgn santan pekat hingga sotong gelembung terik. InsyaAllah pulut masak.

Check rasa dulu sb adakala kuah dah masin dari air laut pd sotong. Kalau kurang masin, tambah garam skit, gula putih skit & gula merah secukup rasa. Angkat & hidang.

Brownie Tati

100gm milk choc + 200gm dark choc or any choc 300gm (I used 150gm each but for a bit bitter choc taste, use more of dark choc)

250gm salted butter

300gm soft Brown sugar (I used 270gm - still abit too sweet for me. Maybe try 250gm)

- all three melted together in a pan or ban marie

Once melted, remove from heat & add 4 eggs one at a time (whisk lightly each egg)

Then add (abit at a time) 140gm flour, 40gm unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 tsp baking powder - sieve together.

Bake in a 10x10" tray for 30-35 mins till done with skewer test. Should be soft in the middle for a gooey brownie.

Before baking - can add raspberries, Oreos or walnuts & almonds or choc chips.

Roti Jala Betty Yew

320ml Santan cair
1/4 st garam
1 biji telur
250gm tepung gandum

Ayak sekali tepung & garam.
Kepuk skit telur & tambah kpd santan.
Campurkan semuanya hingga sebati & tapis sebelum dikirai sbg roti jala.
