got the recipe in FB from either kelab bento & resipi ringkas:
i followed the amount of ingredients from the 1st pic.
yg takde dlm pic #3 ialah garam & udang yg telah dibersihkan buang kulit.
penyediaan:
1.
tauhu keping dipotong dadu + tauhu telur + udang + telur + garam dikisar/diblendkan sekali
op: ayam/daging/ikan
#note: another egg would make it firmer.
2.
daun sup, daun bwg & cili dihiris halus/kasar (ikut citarasa masing2)
op: bwg grg
3.
bahan #1 & #2 digaul sebati & dimasukkan ke dlm bekas & dikukus hingga masak (cucuk dgn lidi rasa pejal @ tak sb tak sure kukus berapa minit)
