I rarely cook and never bake but I love to eat simple & tasty dishes, collect recipes and try new things in the kitchen. I am collecting recipes from my mother and I'm trying to make them at home. So this is for my own reference because I am still learning her recipes. I also like to 'invent' or try new recipes. This is my adventure :o)

Cooking tips:

1. If you're making fried noodles, asam pedas or soup (not using any coconur milk or milk) you can use alot of garlic (& onions) as the base.

2. If you're making a dish which requires milk or coconut milk, just use a clove of garlic & more of onions, big or small. Too many garlic will affect the taste.

3. kalau menumis, tumis lama skit atas api sederhana supaya bahan tumisan (bwg/cili) benar2 masak & garing.
