2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup hot coffee (or nescafe 1/2 tbsp + water)
1 cup vegie oil
1 cup buttermilk (or vinegar 1 tbsp + full cream milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dunk everything in a bowl and mix ♡. Pour in 2 x 9 inch pan lined , greased and floured. Bake at 165°C for 35 mins.
350g of Dark Chocolate Compound, melted.
2 x 170g can of Nestlé Pasturised
Again... using my fave technique, dunk both in a bowl and let stand at room temp for 30 mins. If in a rush, refrigerate.
I'd usually make 1/2 a batch as a quick go to recipe for impromptu guest.
